My boy and I took a little walk this morning to get donuts at the end of our street.
That same boy has elbows that are ticklish.
I discovered the birthplace of the world's worst crab cake. Fist pump!
Boston is playing loudly.
We stomped our feet about it on the kitchen table.
I got to play the piano again for the first time in years. My sight
reading is downright embarrassing. Like howling dogs down the street
embarrassing. But hey, somehow my fingers still remember my favorite Jon
Schmidt song.
I found a forgotten Christmas present at the top of my closet.
We get our favorite guy to ourselves all weekend!

I'm glad someone is having good news in the world! I have had a horrible string of terrible news today, but you have inspired me to pull something positive from all the BS... hmmm, lemme see here.
We were all in line to rent a beautiful condo right by the beach, but something with my husband's job fell through, meaning we wouldn't be able to afford it anymore. The good news is that the landlord is considering still renting to us for a ridiculously under-market value price. Hooray!
