96 Labor Day Weekend
My family came up from NC for the long weekend and oy we had a blast. Shopping, movies, food, air and space museum, late night games. Wish our long weekend had been longer.
Pregnants get their very own special pregnant chairs in certain stores. Except I think the personnel was worried that I wasn't using my pregnant chair privileges appropriately, because they kept coming back to check and see if I was "still finding everything OK"
Actually no. I'm still in this chair. That you gave me. To sit.
In other news, my sister discovered how to style blog.
And we found a Cafe Rio. Which we, former westerners, were a teensy bit excited about. Like brother-in-law Jordan, whose salad transformed into his own personal Disneyland.
And then we went up to visit our beautiful DC temple.
And Skyped our long lost sister in Utah
We will miss you guys! And jilly we can't wait for your little bum to get the heck out here! Next time you see us, there will be THREE!!

Oh, how I LOVE the DC temple! I would love to go back there someday. I got my endowments there, so it will forever be a special one in my heart!! You look fantastic and your fam looks so happy to be with you!!!

What a fabulous weekend! Love shopping trips with Sisters - pretty sure they are the best! And YAY for a Cafe Rio!! I'm seriously so addicted to that place - and am completely guilty of going at least once a week {oopsy!}

I love the DC temple. I really wanted to get married there. Instead I got married on the other side of the U.S. LA temple. Not as pretty but just as special.

love the h&m horse blouse! tried it on this weekend. i'm not supposed to be shopping so i had to settle for the horse scarf instead. :/ you're rocking it, lady.
You will do great giving birth naturally! I just had my first child last month and had taken a hypnobirthing class. I was skeptical at first because it sounded kooky, BUT my labor went so well and recovery was awesome. The most helpful things for me were learning to breathe correctly and having my husband apply pressure on my knees-seriously the HUGEST relief from back pain in labor.

Cafe Rio is amazing, but we usually go to Costa Vida because it is pretty much the same, and cheaper.

I went to school in Baltimore and drove down to DC a lot. I LOVED seeing the Temple on the Beltway on my drive in. I always wanted to stop and see it up close, maybe go in, but I never did because I am not LDS. It just always looked so beautiful from the highway.
