It's such an amazing American tradition to dress up (well, maybe down, I don't know that many people who loooove wearing a black ginormous dress) and celebrate a graduation, hats and all. I recently graduated here in the Netherlands and if there were two graduates having done more effort than putting on their daily jeans, I would be amazed. So enjoy;-)
