Yes. I wore this cowl two days in a row.

Shoes: F21, Tights: Target, Skirt: Banana Republic, Button up: American Eagle: Vest: F21, Belt: Ralph Lauren, Cowl: Yarn Plus Yarn, Earrings: Painting the Air
Because I love it. And because it makes me feel cozy all day long. Like pajamas for my neck. Also because I wanted to be rainbow-licious today. Can you taste the rainbow in this outfit? Yea. Husband can too. He think it's yummy like skittles.
Wanna know what else is yummy like skittles? A bubble bath. Which we have scheduled a date with tonight. Right after we go to Walmart, pick out our favorite treats and set up our laptop with a movie on the toilet lid. Not so much romance and candles as it is logical. I mean, is there a better way to watch movies? Is there a better way to do anything? I would cook dinner in there if I could. Who needs those book rest thingies. I want a full sized portable stove top.
Now. Who wants to be the millionaire who makes me one?

haha love your plans to cook in the tub, i would so do that. except my tub is mini...i'm dying for a really deep, jacuzzi style tub.

when my husband was deployed, that was my favourite way to watch a movie... rest it on the toilet and get in a bubble bath lol!

What a fun outfit....are you posing on campus? Just out of curiousity, do people wonder what you're doing and then realize your Sydney and ask to be in the background so they can be famous too? HAHA And has anyone ever told you you kinda look like Elizabeth Hasselbeck (but much more entertaining fo sho). Have a great weekend!

Girl, are you sure you're doing the 30 for 30? Because you're kind of a remixing genius..:D You look GREAT! I love all of the colors and your makeup is lovely :)

I may have loved yesterday's outfit more, but today's outfit is super awesome in it's own way- all the layers! If I had that cowl, I would probably never take it off, but I don't really have a lot of shame about rewearing things close together. I wore the same cardigan the past two days and had to force myself not to wear it again today. So cozy!

I also have an infinity scarf and I am seriously in LOVE with it. It's seriously a pillow for your neck. Don't worry one time I wore mine for almost a week straight. I just couldn't take it off! so cozy!

Beautiful and cozy! Lovely! :) I love your bun! (almost typed bum - whoops!!) haha. Is it just a quick up-do messy type? or could you do a tutorial on it? I LOVE it!

You remind me of a cool, spunky librarian at an elementary school, and all the kiddos love going to storytime because you do different voices for the characters and wear fun lipstick colors (but don't have that nasty teacher's coffee breath -- you know what I mean). Haha.

Love that you said "pajamas for my neck" -- I have a pair of boots that I won't stop wearing, and I have to keep explaining to people "they're like amazing warm blankets for my feet." :]

Those earrings are the cherry on top of the skittles.. or more like the roses I guess but I am being silly. ;) Love your outfit!

I hardly leave the house without a cowl anymore either :)

Sydney said...

I have to say, I do love all the colors, AND the earrings! Not to mention the fact that you came up with a BRILLIANT idea with that stove top. I think I'll take two, please.

true story: i HAVE cooked in the tub!
no. not true. but how cool would that be?? reminds me of when Micheal Scott burned his foot on the george foreman grill. unless you don't watch "the office" ... in which case ... keep this comment in mind for your next awkward/awesome Thursday post i guess... :)
