My sweet cousin Jordan got married to his beautiful bride yesterday morning. And it was lovely. I so loved getting to see all the family that I haven't seen in a while. Sometimes I can't believe how fast we've all grown up. I can still remember sitting on the back of Jord's bike as we rode around Grandma's yard, or when we all jumped on the trampoline playing that made up "hot lava" game we always played. Oh boo. I feel like such a sap this morning.
Maybe it's the Christmas music.
Or maybe it's just cause I haven't had breakfast yet.
That's probably it.
In any case, after the wedding we went into town and ran a couple errands. Christmas shopping mainly. With a little oohing and ahhing over Baby Gap's winter collection thrown in here and there. We also grabbed a quick bite at a little sandwich shop. And sat in a windowed booth right next to the Christmas tree.
I'm so in love with this time of year.

awe, i love weddings. my best friend from high school just got engaged. which is awesome, but also awkward because she's only 2 weeks older than me (haha i guess i should have left this comment with the awkward/awesome post). ANYWAY my point is i love your blog & that picture of the bride & groom is adorable. :)
What a gorgeous wedding! And I hear you on how quickly we grow up. Isn't it crazy?

What's not to love about a day like that. Plus I'm of the strong opinion that a day started with love is meant to be a good one.

The bride's capelet is sweet. They look very happy :)
What pretty wedding pictures! With my own coming up so fast, I love looking at anything wedding for inspiration!
I totally copied your outfit with the blue tights (minus your blazer). I linked to your post in mine. I love how it turned out, but it's nothing compared to yours. You can pull anything off!

I really like her cloak, and I usually don't like cloaks. Which is why I avoided getting married this winter wedding at all costs, we're waiting til Spring just because I didn't want to wear a cloak!
What a beautiful couple! I love the bride's fur wrap. It's perfect for a wedding this time of year. Congrats to them!
Sounds like a perfect weekend.
Happy holidays from Holland!
