Isn't that last one charming? That was Husband's contribution to my leftovers container. I'm not sure why exactly that particular nickname was dubbed to me yesterday. But it may or may not have had something to do with the fact that I refused to ditch my Greek salad for his ravioli. Thus Husband resorted to the proper way of doing things and held his fork in front of my mouth so that I could neither drink, nor partake of any other food besides his own.
I tell you, I was thoroughly charmed.
Anyway, as you can see we went to lunch yesterday at this little Italian place called Luigi's. I would probably sleep under the Christmas tree right there in the front dining room if I could. It was completely adorable. If any of you Kansas City-ers are ever in Leavenworth, you MUST visit. And write charming things on your to-go boxes too. It's tradition now.

Looks delicious. I had a similar nick name when cousins came down for Xmas one year, but I think mine is worse. My Lil bro got one of our baby cousins to call me Stinky 'Nana (banana). Don't ask me why, but I am still getting guff for it all these years later. Consider yourself lucky.
