I'm at the airport

Boots: Famous Footwear, Pants: Target, Sweater: c/o Lauren's Picks, Watch: Gift from Husband
I'm sitting here in the airport right now. Our plane has been delayed {for kind of a long time} but I'm completely content. I have the internet, a Cinnabon, husband next to me reading a book and the most interesting conversation going on behind me. It has lots of fancy, colorful words in it. And we're all super impressed. I also keep making eye contact with the guy sitting across from me wearing a batman shirt, a red hat and the biggest beard I've ever seen. I want to take a picture of him. But I think he might kill me.
Hey. Don't you guys just want to crawl up inside my sweater and fall asleep? Me too. In fact, I did. Curled up my legs, made a little tent with my collar and only came out for water and nourishment. Namely, a very large cinnamon roll. You guys should try it sometime. Like right now.
Go here. And use these codes for some special prices at Lauren's Picks! Yahooooooo! Right?
$25 off a purchase of $100 or more-Use code: free25
$50 off a purchase of $200 or more-Use code: free50
$100 off a purchase of $300 or more-Use code: free100

Isn't Lauren so nice? Yes guys. The answer is yes.

Now. Let's all just send good thoughts towards the Delta man over there. Cause people are starting to get very very cranky.

Love this sweater! I got the exact style (maybe different fabric? ) at Urban Outfitters. I am in love with it, and wear it every chance I can get.

You have such a positive attitude! I wish I could be like you lol. If my plane was delayed I'd be ticked off because I hate flying as it is, but to add waiting hours on top, i wouldn't be a happy camper.

i just flew home from europe 2 days ago and had the worst luck ever in terms of delayed/missed flights. it would have been much more enjoyable had i had a husband and a Cinnamon roll by my side! :)

You look a million times better than I ever did/do at the airport. :)

When I first saw that picture, I was on my phone, and that hand reflection totally freaked me out. It looked like some child was reaching up to you. But now that I see it's just a reflection. :)

I have several things to say:
1.Your hair looks really pretty today. 2.I totally forgot to tell you I loved your watch. 3.will you send over the pics already? I'm dying to see. Oh I know, you're traveling etc. etc. but isn't the awesome blog post I have planned about our weekend more important? 4. Did you read January Elle? SJP's cover ensemble is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Simplistic perfection.

I love your outfit, looks so comfortable. That's what I would want to wear if I had to wait for a plane...and lol about the kind of characters one encounters in an airport. :)

Confession time! When ever the almost hubs and I see someone worthy of a photo (like the mentioned hairy/batman dude or someone famous) one of us goes to the other... 'HEY!!! OMG TAKE MY PIC!!!' and stand so we can see the person of interest in the background...!!

Terrible I know!

Hi there! I'm new to your blog and I love your style. Because I want to copy your sweater now - would you say that it runs on the small side or the large side? I flip-flop between xs and s, but have broad shoulders, so sometimes I get it wrong without fit advice. Thanks so much for your blog!! ~Emily

Sydney said...

Emily- It fit's true to size. I ordered an XS and it fits PER-FECTLY. I'm typically as 0 in dresses and XS-S depending on the clothing ... if that helps at all :)

Emily said...

Thank you so much Sydney, I really appreciate it!! I will be ordering one soon! ~Emily
