First guys, thank you so much for all your sweetie pie well wishes. I'm feeling much better now, thanks-- even though you probably can't tell with all the zoned out stares in these pics. The sad part, is that I actually was trying to look perky. I'm just pooped guys. Apparently my subconscious is pooped too cause it decided to turn my scarf into a socially acceptable blankie that I could tote around with me all day. My subconscious also had the urge to curl up on my office swivel chair, suck my thumb and spin myself around a billion times while telling pesky people to leave me alone. Good thing my subconscious doesn't come out to play very often. It's a bad kid.Anyways. As I type, husband is over on the couch ... passed out like a little precious, snoring away. It's only 8:30. And he still has his reading glasses on. Poor guy, he's pooped too. It's Monday and our only piece of sunshine all day was the two pomegranates we splurged on at the store. I'm pretty sure those things are God's personal gift just to me. They are my happy place.
P.S. Doesn't Husband's bum just look so cute? I love it when his pants get bunched up like that and he doesn't know it.

Glad you're feelin a little bit better missy! AND love pomegranates, but they are wicked little ladies when it comes to stains on clothes!

i love pomegranates!
Well, that is one stylish blankie! Haha. I love your outfit, and you look so pretty with your hair like that!
Oo, pomegranates are wonderful aren't they? Dawn: just cut them in half, whack them on a benchtop with a wooden spoon until all the seeds come out and eat them (the seeds)!

Haha. My guy has a pretty cute bum as well.
Did you know you can cut it open and put it in a bowl of water and run your fingers over the fruit to loosen it from the outside so it falls out. Then drain the water and the fruit is so much easier to get at. Fun stuff :)
you look cute! sorry i didn't sit with you today, my bestie came to class with me and we need 2 seats!! i'm glad you're feeling better. i totally know what you mean about days when you're both just pooped...they're rough! luckily this student stage in life doesn't last forever.
You look awesome. Very nice style. I'm a fan.

Nom pomegranate. In Greek mythology this was the fruit that Persephone ate the seeds from, often in Greek art they would use the pomegranate as a symbol of sexuality. Sorry I geeked out on you I just can't help myself.
I love your blog it's so funny and sweet, I always check everyday to see if it has been updated. I am glad to see you are feeling better!

feel better cutie! (great high bun!) love that gorgeous pomegranate. (tell the truth, did you have to spell check that word. i just had to scroll down you post and find it to make sure i spelled it correctly!)
Pomegranates are so fun. We planted a pomegranate tree for my mom a couple years ago. We've only gotten one from it, but hey, it's better than nothing. Adding the wrap (that's secretly more like a blanket) to my things to wear list! xo
I love what you did with that scarf and your blog is amazing! You have a new follower in me!
girl, i know the feeling. i am dying over here. but i hope you feel even more better soon. and you look wonderful, per usual.
Gah-you are too beautiful! I definitely do not look like that when I get over being sick...love your hair too!! I'm going to have to try that....:)
Keep feeling better!
So i've got to ask: how did you do your scarf like that? Where are the ends? It's adorable!!! And I love your high bun...and your cute comments about your hubby.
Ok, I have to tell you, I have those boots from F21, but I never wear them with jeans beause I hate how they look, but I never thought to cuff my jeans!! Brilliant. I am definitely going to try that. Also, I would love to know how you get that beautiful bun shape!
