Making Up

Sometimes husband and I have fights. {Husband likes to call them discussions} Sometimes they are long; sometimes they are not. Last night we had a discussion that lasted for a half hour. I was timing it. This is what I do when I ask husband a question and it is taking him a long time to answer. And sometimes it takes husband a looong time to answer my questions. Long story short. After husband had answered my question. And after that half hour discussion, we made up. And making-up was really, really good. So sometimes, in my compex and female-minded inner self, I wonder if discussions are really a good thing. Cause even though they’re like the worst things ever while they’re happening, it’s almost like our spark and our love for each other is even better afterward. Is that the same thing as saying you like fights? Cause I don't. I just think that sometimes {and that's a very small sometimes} we need them. To remind ourselves of just how good it is when we're on the same page again. Does that make any sense?
