This is what I wore. Blah Blah Blah ...moving on.Sometimes husband and I have fights. {Husband likes to call them discussions} Sometimes they are long; sometimes they are not. Last night we had a discussion that lasted for a half hour. I was timing it. This is what I do when I ask husband a question and it is taking him a long time to answer. And sometimes it takes husband a looong time to answer my questions. Long story short. After husband had answered my question. And after that half hour discussion, we made up. And making-up was really, really good. So sometimes, in my compex and female-minded inner self, I wonder if discussions are really a good thing. Cause even though they’re like the worst things ever while they’re happening, it’s almost like our spark and our love for each other is even better afterward. Is that the same thing as saying you like fights? Cause I don't. I just think that sometimes {and that's a very small sometimes} we need them. To remind ourselves of just how good it is when we're on the same page again. Does that make any sense?

Yes it makes perfect sense
And reading snippets of your life is just delightful
very much makes sense!
frustration/anger/etc. is a form of passion..
what is life without passion?!
Okay, so first, he probably started the fight because of what you were wearing, on account of the likelihood of you making out...I mean up.
Second, thanks for saying I make you laugh. You are as kind as you are lovely.
Yeah, it makes sense. It makes you appreciate, fo'shore ;)

I like how you wear the belt!
I just bought knee socks like that is a cream color to wear with my boots...not sure if I could pull off the look you're rocking-but rock it you do! I think I need to stop holding grudges after "discussions" because I'm missing out on the good make up sesh! Boo for my stubborness.

I want that skirt.
Purple is my favorite color.

Sydney, I am so so so glad I found your blog through Bloglovin'. You are so pretty & confident and you & your hubby's relationship is so positive and inspiring. I want to give you both hugs.
I LOVE this outfit. I have a purple skirt very much like yours and have been looking for creative ways to wear it. Thanks for the peek into your weardrobe.

I know EXACTLY what you mean by the fighting thing!! You feel more understanding of each other and it makes your relationship stronger. I think there is purpose for them on this life...
I couldn't agree more. And you are just the cutest little thing.
I hate the discussions. My boyfriend sometimes takes a SUPER long time to answer my question like the "awkward moment of silence" type of long, but not saying it's awkward, it just takes him FOREVER to answer. Then I get frustrated with him taking his sweet time to answer. I'm glad I'm not alone. And the making up part is the best.
Just Better Together
I always think of "discussions" as an essentail part of being a passionate couple. And I think that the times when things aren't perfect, makes you appreciate all of the times when things are.
Love it! I feel the same way :)))
