weekend

Monday, August 2

Scarf H & M, Top H & M, Jeans American Eagle, Belt Delias, Shoes Steve Madden
In an effort to continue this idea of "fashion" blogging, here is outfit numero deux. {yes, that was english, spanish and french all in one sentence. Fancy} This is what I wore to start out my quick trip down to North Carolina for sissy's wedding. Comfortable and cute. {right? right.} And in an attempt to show you just how comfortable and cute this outfit really was, I climbed up on a fence for a quick pic, where I promptly fell off and twisted my ankle on the large devil rocks below. That'll teach me to show off my outfits. Tell me, is that some kind of sign? Like the unseen force of fashion bloggers everywhere are saying, dude ... you're not cut out for this.
On another note, this whirlwind of a weekend was fast, beautiful and crazy. Seeing my sister get married was sureal. Almost as sureal as I remember feeling on my own wedding day, realizin that hey, "this is it ... it's finally here." She looked beautiful and so happy to finally have her guy forever. I'm so happy for them.
And as short as it was, it was great to see my family for our last little rendevouz of summer.

Ah summer; almost over now. Can you believe it?

You ARE cut out to blog fashion. I love it, and I love that you admitted to falling. I hope you don't mind I'm reading through all the stuff I've missed. :)
